    The results the Objekt can not Flying.
    i make a test with a large Fan

    just one problem....wont the magnets in the fan eventually corrupt your HDD?

    Hard Drives already have very powerful magnets inside them. :eeek:

    Heck yeah they are powerful... I dismember old ones and use the magnets for the fridge.
    I'd like to know where you could buy them though.

    well, the magnetic field isn't a problem you isn't very strong and of the lid of the fixed disk anyway already bundles and doesn't reach the real data plates at all there for and in addition "no risk no Fun":cooldude:

    but isnt it the bottom PCB side of the drive that gets hot? the top of my 7200 is always cool to the touch, but the bottom is quite warm, even hot at times..
