Guess what, Maplin discontinued the ideal (4mm) size :grr:

Go to their site & enter "grommet" to find the nearest.

Rapid Electronics do the 4mm, but (a) no online ordering, (b) they come in 100's, (c) its £3.50 P&P.

May be cheaper to try Tekheads or OCS.

try rubber washers.... u can get clear ones... and the screw head will sink into it..
But if you are trying to make the rear fan quiet, i got rubber edging and applied it to edge the mobo tray panel that holds the fan..

    (does that make sence)
    (can i spell)

anyhow its plenty quiet, except the thumbscrews were dam tight to fasten after that...
