Well, this has been over done and im sure you are all tired of seeing this case modded but here goes. on a 2nd not I am new to modding i enjoy it and am alrdy planning future projects. What I am starting out with. Amd 2500+ barton xp Nf7s Abit mobo Ati 9800 pro with 256mb ram Sound blaster audigy 2 Zs plat Antec 550 watt ture power psu 120 gig Westerndigital Sata drive cd drive... bla bla bla And the most important item Antec performance plus case Mods completed: Cut out ugly fan grils on back of case Cut out front bottom drive (hard to explain just see pic) Some sleeving done on fans Planed mods to case: top window with 2 80mm fans move switch to either bottom of case, or lower part of case. Side window Sleve rest of Psu Green uv sleeving get rid of ugly psu housing. Thinking about painting Case some shade of neon green if i can find good paint. 1st time i used dremel before smoothed out. dont have final pictures yet thoes are soon to come. Steel= hard to cut through Updates will most likly come on the week ends because I am trying to pull straight As this year , but i will try to update as often as possible.
Is the front drive bit that you cut out going to have mesh over it? I think it would look really good with light shining through it . Good work so far .
I will resize pictures, im very sorry untill then. Never thought about mesh. Im trying to figure out where i want to mount the hdd last night i thought about jbwelding the drive tray i cut out some where on the lower part of the mobo try if there is room.
