Don't know if I would have went with blue for the contrasting parts (I think a earthy green would have complimented it much better) but otherwise its a very nice case, good job!

actually this blue is almost green, if there is a lot of light it becomes green, but I prefer the blue instead of green..

Thats pretty sweet. I haven't seen to many people build a computer case from the ground up out of wood.

I gotta say, that case is fantastic. I definitely don't see many wooden cases out there. There are even very few that I've seen who use wood at all. You've done a terrific job with it.

 Very nice and clean! The cables look awsum :thumb: . Have you any plans to make a window of some sort so you can see the cables better? You might try something such as a roller catch to keep the drives in place. Anyway good job :dremel: !

Like I said on my page, initially my plan was to use acrylic on both sides of the case, but is very very expensive. Maybe one day I got the necessary money and buy some to make a window.

Nice Case. I like the cables. What keeps the cables from coming unwound at a bend?

    spot on

    moving this to modding

If you would like to mirror this on the forums and acutally put everything in the link into this thread feel free to do so and i or another mod will move it back to PLs.

but if you are just posting a link then this will stay in modding

I wrapped up all of the cables in crochet thread and at the end I tied a simple knot. The crochet thread is quite thick, so there are no holes!
