Would anyone be interested in arranging a group buy of the Crystalfontz 634 USB 20x4 LCD(CFA634-TMC-KU) with a Motherboard header to 2mm Cable, 18" length (WRUSBY11) and a Dual Bay burshes Aluminium cover to mount it?

It would look similar to this only with white lettering on a blue backlit background:

I don't have any official prices, but I think if 10 people do it we can get them for $80-90 a peice.

80-90 bucks for a character LCD? I think not...

It'd be cheaper to buy a backlit gamecube lcd and have it prewired (rca cables)..

A matrix orbital will cost almost twice that :jawdrop:

I would, but I've already got one.

:nono: now now, that's not true... our 4x20 costs $119.95, can control 4 fans, PWM them, read the RPM, has 6 Dallas one wire headers for digital temp probes, 15 key keypad (or REAL alluminum overlay, not plastic that looks like alluminum) and comes with the best lcd software out there (LCDC!)... just getting some facts straight ;)

Hmm, everybody does recognize that this thread was abandoned about 5 months ago, right? :) Doesn't mean the info isn't still relevant, but just making sure...
