Any chance of seeing a video of the case in action. Personally I'd like to see the what the little robot he created does.

Is it just me or does he waste a lot of space? that case must be 90% unused space.

first of all : thank you to wil for translating my *urghs* english in a speakable language :D

if someone is interested for a video that shows the AquaSphere working :

Believe me, even when it looks like a case with a lot of unused space:

the mechanic construction needs a lot of space to act and you should see the AS working when it opens its doors - there is only a space of 5 mm between the tubes and the casedoors. The "rounded" Front needs a lot of space IN the case, too. And don´t forget how difficult it is to make the tubing so flexible that it can slide over a distance of 40 cm - all this needs a lot of space and reflect back to case....

The aluminium profile construction is as big as I need to construct - I hate cases where you can´t see anything cause thousands of wires and cables are hanging around. This Case is a Showcase - Thats why I decide to give everyone a free view to the inner components.

If you visit my website you will also see that I am not a friend of small cases *ggg*

Thank you very much for the great support @bit-tech.net and happy xmas to all !

    Greetings from germany

    Chewy

It's more of a room center piece than a normal Desktop PC. :hehe:

It'd be cool if you could buy something like this in the shops. (maybe scaled down a little though).

Cool Mod. Video is cool, are there any others? ie doors opening / closing in the light??

@TMM : even this has a simple reason : 3 different colors for 3 different types of cables. Light-wires = blue, Engine wires = red, robotic and power wires = green

@craigey1 : if you want to watch another movie - I will make more and post the links here if wanted.

Of course this case is nothing for a normal use, but I think this is the reason why we call us "casemodder" :naughty:

The idea to construct this case was not to build a computer - from the first second of planning the thought of "eyecatcher" was the first aim for this case (showcase). However, it´s everyones own thing if he likes or hates this design - believe me, after 9 months modding: I hate it :D :D :D

Post as many as you like, I'm sure there are plenty of others who'd be interested in seeing them as well as me.

if that's the case. how much would you sell it for??
