    Hi ya all,

    I'M BACK.

My previous mod was project TECTA

I always was fascinated by the complete plexi cases. So I finally decided to go ahead and buy me one.

The purpose of this pc is learning linux on it 4 school purpose, so the specs are not high performance :)

CPU : duron 1.8 ( hopefully I willl be able to OC this )
    RAM : 256mb
    mobo : ASUS A7V266-E
    HDD : 20gig
    standerd 350W PSU
    Aquarius 2 cooling system

Here is a pic of the system as it is now....
Sorry 4 the crappy pics, but my digicam is dying on me :waah:
I made the liquid UV reactive with 4 text markers :thumb:

This is the block, still needs to be polished, and 1 of the 3 UVB tri led hubs that wil fire up my rig with light.

The side panel, all the fans are evercools with the blade finger guard.

    The cables 4 the system.
WHAT DO YOU PEOPLE THINK, REPLACE THE IDE CABLES WITH GREEN UV-ONES TO MATCH THE LIQUID, OR MOD THEM WITH THE SHOWER HOSE TO MATCH THE POWER CABLES?????????????????

The molexes are hidden by these caps. ( Idea came from ORAC 3  )

My by now not standerd 350W PSU :naughty:
The power 4 the drives are the 3 XLR connections. Yes, only 3 pins. The ground may be connected with eachother :D
The 2 remaining jack connections are a 5 and 12V connection that will run to the power box.

This will be my power box. It will hold 12 jack connections in totall ( 4 fans, 2 lights, pump+radiator fan,2 5V in case I connect something in the future ) + the 2 incoming connections from my PSU.
The connections will be placed in a V-shape on top of the cilinder and the 2 incoming connections from the PSU will be mounted on the back.

The cilinder is in fact a holder 4 coffee filters from that senseo machine. :D

Well, I think that's about all 4 the moment. Currently I'm starting with the examns, so the update will take some days and I've allso got to wait on my jacks that I ordered.

    Let the replying begin :cooldude:

I thought you couldnt use 1 connection for the 2 grounds. I thought it messed somthing up and could posibly fry the equipment you plug it into. Im not sure i thought i read it somewhere in the forums but I might be wrong infact i hope i am i want to make a junction box and 3 pin xlr's are cheaper then 4 pins.

The 3 pins don't mess it up, that's crap!!!!!

Just take a look at the printplate of the PSU, all the grounds are soldered toghether, so connecting them on the print, ar right after the molex doesn't make a difference!

Gonna buy 256mb more ram right away

Does anyone know a nice temp reader ( 2 temps ), but only a temp reader, no fan controller

You... you stole my idea about xlr connections! :hehe: I'm going to do that, but can't find cord with 4 connections :sigh:
Maybe I use 2 cord with 2 connections and then use some sleeving kit.

    Btw.

The "container" lid is made of two detachable pieces.
Might be useful info. I found out when i tried to bolt one to a case by the lid , it was the "wtf?" moment.

I've used those on lots of reservoirs, they're though and cheap.
    1, 2 , 3

    Now only a T-line and a filter.

Anyway, I like the ideia , go for it.

    UPDATE TIME,

today I made the power box, while in progress I discovered that this will be the hearth or core of my pc.

The power box holds 10 connections. the 2 on the back are the power ins 5V and 12V directly from the PSU, on top I've put 7 outs 12V and one 5V.

    Give me your thoughts!!!!
