    The biggest problem I see with this is the fact that quite a number of places are going to be running somewhat low on power sources.

    you just know some kids gunna cry wolf at some point or worse, some people get their kicks from that kinda thing.

    I love to see big companies putting there power to some good use and not abuse it.

    this is actually a pretty good idea if the agencies in question and the victims or non-victims have access to online resources.
