    If that ends up being the ballpark price, it's cheaper than their last single-slot Quadro, which usually went for around $1000/£850 whenever I checked.

    If only they'd up the RAM a bit, I'd actually be genuininely tempted about seeing how many of these I could successfully stuff into one of the Asus WS boards that is all PCI-E x16 slots. But the difference in what I can do with an 8GB card, and an 11/12 or 16GB card is dramatic. (Obviously, GPU speed is important too, but it's no use if it runs out of VRAM and crashes...)
