    So, initial benchies indicate it's not as good as the Ryzen 5800x in single threaded or multithreaded on Cinebench yet is at the same or higher price point?

    Am I missing some context? Seems like Intel are just relying on their rep at this point. AMD is cheaper and does the same or better. If I was upgrading it would be AMD.

    I'm not upgrading, yet.. So we'll see if AMD can keep this up, but for now they are the solution. On the plus side, at least you can buy a cpu. Gpus are like a unicorns ***** right now.
