Seems the CPU/GPU space for mobiles/tablets/superphones is quite exciting at the moment. Cant wait to look back in a few years and see how much its changed!

wow amazing job arm! all i want to see now is a motherboard with pci or pci-e slots supporting an arm cpu and i'll move my linux build to that. seriously with the rate that arm is going at, they are really making VIA's stuff look bad and they're catching up with amd pretty quickly.

With most of the latest ARM based GPU's having DX10/11 support, won't that mean that we will at least be able to game in Win8 for ARM ?
If a DX10/11 driver is written (which it should be even to function in Win8 on Aero desktop) then quite a lot of games may be playable on such a system.
All we'd need then is for ARM or a vendor, to add PCIe support and add a discrete GPU in the mix.

This could be great for power saving. Have a dedicated GPU for hardcore rendering, and a small ARM chip for desktop.

It would also need the game to be compiled for the ARM version of Windows.
