    ...to cut metal.
    I use dremel but for a perfect cut what tools must to buy?

    It all depends on the composition and thickness of the metal and the type of cut you want to make.

    A Dremel is great for small intricate stuff like artisitc aluminum sheet metal work.

    A nibbler is good for faster cutting in thin aluminum and thinner steel but is imprecise.

    Aircraft snips are great for long straight or curved cuts in thin aluminum and thiner steel.

    A Beverly (Throatless) shear is awesome for cutting just about anything that you can work into its jaws. It makes very nice straight and curved cuts in thick sheet aluminum and somewhat less thick sheet steel.
