So what date is it coming out... I can't see anywhere in your post that actually mentions the date in big red letters....
I think it's the week after UT3...
That's a good week then.
all i need now is the system requirments and start spending on my upgrade
I really can't wait for this. Any idea what it will run like on an XFX 7900GT 256mb?? Can't afford an 8 series graphics card this side of Christmas - Poor student. Anyone wanna give me a couple of hundred quid?
Bollocks! What the hell do you think September student loan's for?
You'll certainly be able to play it. Your card (just) exceeds the "recommended" specs. But don't expect earth shattering performance/FPS
Crysis system requirements:
I can't wait to not run it...
holy crap this is going to HURT
Those requirements don't seem very extreme to me and it'd probably be a wasted experience to play Crysis on those recommended specs.
The recommended requirements there are pretty similar to what I'd consider to be the realistic minimum to enjoy graphically intense current-gen games at a comfortable frame-rate and decent settings.
When you consider that those recommended specs are what you ideally need as a minimum to play STALKER comfortably, they seem a bit optimistic for something like Crysis.
Maybe I'm overestimating the demands Crysis will place on a system, or underestimating Crytek's optimisation skills, but I can see those recommended specs being grossly unrealistic when the game is out.
well maybe those requirements are only to open the game menu
the right might be a whole other story
Hopefully my Opty 148 and 7600gt will hold up.
Hey, I can dream.
I got to play the alpha at the Ohio State Fair....it so rules....I'm going to have to build a new computer so I can play it...
I wish developers would start including a recommended resolution. For instance, would those specs support 1680x1050 with reasonable settings? I don't know about that.
Pre - Order on play for £26.99 - tempted .. tempted ...
this game better be good! after spending way too much on a new computer
Hey guys, are my specs okay?
CPU: Intel Q6600 at 2.4Ghz
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 2900xt 512mb version (clock rates are a bit low, at 540mhz for core clock)
RAM: OCZ Reaper with Enhanced Bandwidth at 2GB
You actually have to ask?
Yes. Beyond recommended.
Separate names with a comma.
