You could always go down to a golf driving range and smack a few balls down. Not into golf myself but it could help release stress and any aggression you may have at a guess.
Well, If I'm in position getting really frustrated then the first thing I do, to calm myself down is breathing (as been sed before, long big big breaths). " Out the anger, In the love " (lol) But if its a remaining frustration (not a temporarily one), then do some fysical exercise. Running.. hitting a punch bag.. etc. Some music helps aswell. Or, but this might be a bit illegal. Get in your car and go fast.. The rush seems to call me down very good aswsell. But do be safe! Good luck! L
sarcasm never hurt anyone and hell its only illegal if you get caught... why dont you just hire a prostitute and instead of shagging her just sit down and talk to her and let it all out... i watched some show where some whore in a dark room said in an interview that some guys do that... i spose its cheaper than a shrink... maybe then a hollywood hotshot will make a movie about you... but i think its already been made
personally i go for substance abuse. alcohol is great, just great, takes away all your problems, and has absolutely no negative consiquenses. So have a drink. When someone pisses me off in real life, i just let them know it, directly and honestly, works very well to a degree, you end up with friends who know you well and have mutual trust and respect for. But everynow and again, some people don't take too kindly, one of my housemates girl friends refused to speak to me for almost 2 months. means i don't get stressed myself much, but when i do, drink, meeting new people who are of my mind set seams to be a good cure. If i'm stuck in no were (like cornwall) then i just go play some Natural Selection.
yeh but i hate people that seem to think that the honesty is a virtue when done with the coolness of throwing tact out the window. ie people being rude so they can say they are 'direct and honest'.
The root of the problem is the best way to deal with it as others have said. Does this guy know he winds you up? Does he do it because he can ? Have you spoken to him ? Running around looking for anything and everything to help you cope other than facing the hassle is causing you more grief. You could pretend you are god and smite the living crap outta him.
Not necessarily a good one for you, considering your situation, but I like to chop wood when I'm angry. I've got a few dying pine trees in my backyard so I suppose its more plausible for me than others. Axe, chainsaw, hacksaw, splitting or cutting, it all takes brute force. If you're really pissed, two hatches and a log can be quite a gift.
you could make a bonfire? or a bbq... or wooden weapons murk ur boss with im sure somewhere there is a dremel stress-relieving attachment... oh yeh... its this one
its weird but what makes me calm down is listening to an aggressive eminem song while on my punch bag.
Throw things. When I get really really upset/angry/frustrated (it takes something, trust me) I won't be ok unless I've screamed and shouted blue murder whilst throwing non-breakable objects all over the place. For example, last time I my ex boyfriend pee'd me off and treat me like poo - I completely dismantled the sofa (ie: taking all cushions/sections out) piece by piece in a destructive manner (flinging it across the room etc)...then i put it back in a similar fashion before sitting down n feeling much better lol
If I am really angry, I put on my trainers, go out and keep runing for really long time.. When I get back home, I have long cold shower and all the stress is away... also another one thing really helps... it was mentioned here.... yes.... sex.....
