Electronics LCD pinout

    i have a toshiba LCD 640x480. it has four T6a40 chips and four T6a39 chips on the back, and 15 pinout connections. does anyone know where i can find a datasheet/pinout chart for this LCD

    Have you tried Google :eyebrow: .
    Those IC's are column and row drivers.
    The panel itself has it's own partnumber, that's the one needed to find the pin-layout.
    Anyway 640x480 is VGA territory and needs a relatively expensive controller or the VFC method to drive.

    yes i did try google, but to no avail

    the screen is a toshiba TLX-5171-C3M, i've tried their site but couldn't find it there either

    i have a controller card that i bought from Earth LCD's so, i'm fine there, but i have no way to connect them together.
