    i have windows 10 mobile atm and whilst it has better features than 8.1 is some way off being stable / ready i particularly like the new quick launch feature

    Funny, that's exactly what a lot of people said about Win 10 only a few weeks ago.

    I'm a long way off being stable and ready but they let me out, well sometimes they leave the doors unlocked and i sneak out. ;) :D

    I thought mobile is included in their July upgrade.

    It was never part of what would be upgraded in July. People who are in the Beta say it's not stable enough for a consumer launch. Think Windows 10 in January.
