    Hi,
At the moment, I have a NZXT Lexa and an Asus P5N32-e sli. No problems with it apart from the internal speaker. Every time the PC boots or if it goes overheats the thing starts bleeping really, really loudly.

Normally, this would be fine but it picks up the internal tempretures incorrectly and so bips anytime I play GTA IV or try to convert any video. So I need to ask, how do i turn off my internal speaker? And do i have to rip the wires out of it?

If you're using the speaker in the case, it should have a connector to the motherboard. If it's a speaker on-mobo as it were, you're pretty much boned really, as they can't be disconnected.

Sometimes I wonder why you end up with broken stuff... Then other times I know exactly why. :p

If it's on-mobo, a blob of blu-tack on the top should quieten it enough to make it bearable, without voiding the warranty :)
