There used to be an article[article #78] on how to build circuit that would make your neon light pulsate(or have a breathing effect). Since Bit Tech gave thier forums a 'face lift' they have not moved this old article to the new forums. Does anyone know how I can get a hold of this mod?

Well I am not sure, but in Physics an example of uses of capacitors was to make a neon light flash. Basically they have a certain operating voltage so you put it in parallel with the capacitor and when the capacitor is charged the light will flash. Not sure if ccls work like this.

If you long for the good old days of the internet try putting your link (http://www.bit-tech.net/article/78/) in the Wayback Machine. That should get you sorted. That's where I found an old article from the original bit-tech site that hadn't been transfered accross.

Thanks, you took the words right out of my mouth. I dont understand why they would bury this so deeply when it stands out from trillion cosmetic case mods that are so redundant.
