    This time is easier, I just need to remove shavings and go to powdercoating. With the MONARCH project, I brushed the aluminum to get the look of the "brushed", it's hard work;)

    180 and 150 grit toilet paper-style rolls... I'm going to get some of these for the holiday guests.

    It looks like you have to sand again, though. I'd switch to machine sanding for health's sake.
