    Thanks one and all!
I have to work this weekend. So, no action until next month. I did spend a little time mapping-out the side panel windows yesterday/today. That is what I hope to work on next..
    @ Mankz_91 : the mounting plate for a Aqua-Computer aquatube measures 100mm X 100mm..

    Side Panel Window- start:

The mounting hardware (5/16-24) for the side panel window showed up a few days ago:

that gave me the "itch" to map out the side panel window(s) and blow holes:

This will be a lot of work-- I did the math and we are talking about (45) holes to drill :duh: .. HoleSaw action:
    (3) sizes: 102mm 57mm 44mm
I also what a "bridge the gap" window between rotor and clutch-plate:
this is what I am (@ this point in time)..
    thinking about doing..
IL ships there clutch plates (billet Alu) "semi-polished".. I went to the next-level:

    --Can you see the distinction?--

with any-luck there will be another update at the end of this weekend..
    Stay-Tuned...
I also have some new EkWaterBlocks stuff to show you....
    ASAP

Looking very sharp, can't wait to see more.

Question though; won't it look odd with the two blow holes with the black plastic ducts right next to and in connection with the shiny rotor and the clutch plate? Or won't the blow holes be 'part' of the window construction? I hope that makes sense, hehe.

Man oh man, I haven't commented here in a while, but believe me, I'm following the situation :hehe:

Great progress with the fan ducts and side panel. I'll have to say that this is probably one of the greatest mods around (I still do like Black Narcissus a bit more :D). I mean with the parts you're putting in this thing, that's coughing up a big amount of money. I totally understand if you're saying that this is your last mod (at least published one), because with every mod you've done, you've kicked it up so many notches that the cost of these mods have gone up and multiplied when compared to the last one.

Though I'd really like to see you making a comeback after a while of mod-free living and doing perhaps a low-cost mod, a linux server or something like that with old hardware and hand-made parts from scratch. Back to the roots so to speak.

Well I think that's enough babble, looking forward to your next update.

I know I haven't posted much recently in the log, but I'm following every update just as religiously as I did with BN and SG. There's only so many different ways to say that your work continues to be awesome ;)

Do those fans get quiet with a speed controller or at 5 volts? I want to get a few but I need my system to be fairly quiet.
