What im going to try and do is make a little home from some sea monkeys inside my pc. What are Sea Monkeys you ask, well there these little creature things that live in water "never" :p You can find more info about them here http://www.sea-monkeys.com/

Here is a few pictures of them just so you get an idea.

I was just going to make a little window in a blankin plate but i decided if im going to do it i might aswell do it proper so im going to make a acrilic box the same dimentions as a cd drive so i can just slide it into one of my spare bays.

    More info soon.

it took me extreme measures to work out what that word was - I had to go to onelook to use the crossword function. (I thought it was something like salamander, me so stoopid).

not true..alot of places sell live brine shrimp as well as daphnia and bloodworm in packs. Brine shrimp tend to be more expensive...but remember they live in brine not water.

and they are not specifically meant for sal****er fish...freshwater fish love live foods to

If u buy a sea monkey set they start of the size of a pin prick n take a few days to grow, i think the bigest size they can be is an inch but they grow to there surroundings so big case big sea monkeys.

thats also a common misconception with normal fish..people believe they will only grow to the size of the tank which is incorrect they will continue to grow, maybe not at the same rate but to the same size. problems that can occur with fish in tanks not suitably sized are usually skeletally related..as far as they will get kinked tails etc.

My little sister has had sea monkeys for ages. The only ever grew to about 2-3mm long / 1 mm wide.

To be honest, I never saw the appeal.. :)

What would be cool is if you could stick a UV light up to them and they glowed. :D
