Voices about Saddam's capture are floating around !!!!
I heard it just too on the radio.
The Americans are gonna go official on something "important" at 1 o'clock western europe time (that means 12 o'clock for you brittish).
Never thought this would happen, and if they did i certainly never expected them to tell us about it so quick!
He was caught in his hometown - not very smart is he?!
They've probably caught someone who looks like Saddam. "This guys short and has a moustach, it must be him!!".
Well the oil talks must have broken down
Apparently, DNA tests proved it was him.
Thats some quick DNA testing, especially for a country where you wouldn't expect and abundance of that kind of technology, how'd they get the DNA sample to compare it with in the first place anyway?
From the drains of his residence ?
No he was caught last Saturday and they confirmed it and are having a press realease thing right now.
His images are on air.
What a beard !!!
What the hell was up with those people shouting something when Hoessein was shown on television? They acted like children...
"Ladies and gentlemen - we got him!"
But 600 troops! Bloody hell thats insane, they were expecting some major resistance then...
I was only a matter time...
Just goes to show that Osama B is much better at hiding, saddam haddn't a clue
it also shows that you cant finish a task....
no flaming please, i just dont really care that he's caught. Nothing to do with me.
Well, now tell the UN to shut up! The coalition has succeeded. This should help the Bush 2004 campaign rather well.
"Vote for Bush. The man who captured Saddam!"
Succeeded my arse...
And you're right, it is rather fortuitous timing for Mr dubya. Not that I'm cynical or anything...
Nah, it just shows the hate for the bloke.
Exactly. I still have to restrain myself whenever Bush or Blair is on TV...
He's gonna be dead soon enough. The Iraqi population will expect it, and not to kill him would be seen as the government being weak in their culture.
