    Hi all,

I'm just after a simple bit of software that allows me to zoom in a bit on standard aspect ratio images (4:3), then let me crop to a 16:9 image.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

I use XNView for this. It allows to to lock the ratio of your selection to 16:9 (or whatever). Then you just drag a box within the original image and click crop. JPEGView does something similar too.

    Thanks for the replies chaps.

While it doesn't quite have the cropping tool I had in mind, it certainly allows me to get the job done and I love how easy it is to use!

I was about to comment the Win 10's Built in Photo apps  It also has many other function, just like Camera 360 on phone: filter, color adjusting, delete, copy, share multiple photos in one go.
