This will be my next project, the work title is „A-51“.

It will be inspired by Area 51 and all those spooky stories around it…. The Rig is build from a normal ATX Midi Tower which I already converted to WTX.

It will get a huge side+top Window and a lot of eyecatching details in the inside of the case.

Up to now I already have done some of the gadgets I will built in, like an motorized “Iris” which regulates the airstream from a stealth mounted Fan under it.
But enough of the words here are the first pictures of it ….more will follow in the next days….

The Pictures aren´t the best, but i think they are ok for a first impression.

You know, this is actually starting to look interesting :)
A complete "secret research A51 lab" inside a computer, very creative.

What would be Really cool on that mod, is big ass hanger doors, with only a small crack to let you see what looks like a UFO on the inside. That, and a massive TOP SECRET stamped somewhere.

if you buy an iris for a Theather Follow Spot (im a techy) they fit perfectly over a 12cm fan, but you would need a small motor for an autamated opening/closing

    Looking cool though

I LOVE the look of this. I really do quite like case mods that aren't trying to look perfect, but are trying to look imperfect. I'd say that was much more difficult, but I do appreciate both styles. Love this! Will be checking it a lot... hehe.

in the last days i decided to change a few things.....like the DVD Drive which is now mounted outside of the case in the sidepanel....

it´s now only thrown in to see if everything would work ..... in the next steps i will build something to mount the drive correctly...

    update 020606:

i have just made a first try for the front "entrance".....the stairs will be part of the ground plate........the front door which finally will cover the radiator will be motorized so that both panels would slide away
