Hi there guys, dunno if this is in the right forum: I'm looking for some new web hosting as mine's about to expire soon (uh-hosting). Preferbly UK/EU, but not required... Most importantly, cheap and reliable Does anyone recommend anywhere good? http://www.uh-hosting.co.uk/services/php_h...seller_hosting/ At the moment I'm on reseller entry, but I'm only using it to host 2 sites atm.
http://www.3dpixelnet.com They are amazing, and no I don't have any shares with them or anything. The customer service is SECOND TO NONE - I even at one point had the owner on my MSN list . Even without that, the response time on calls is great. The uptime and speed was good too and they had loads of features, none of which I used, but then it was there if I needed it - I had the 500mb account.
I use http://www.hosting4peanuts.co.uk/ on their full £35 a year package, brilliant support, maximum I've had is a 20min turn around.
nothing will beat servage.net im a customer there for about 3 years and ive had maybe in total.. one night of downtime. Their customer support is excelent mostly answering in a matter of minutes. They do have some downfalls if you are a demanding user, they have all the features, you just often share them. IE you do not have your own ftp anonymous login because the structure of the ftp there uses ftp.servage.net, thus every user name can only be used once by all its customers. Prices however are excellent.. 360GB web space, 3600GB transfer for less than 5 pounds a month..(not sure on the exchange rate.. its 6.20 euros) If you use my refferal link you'll get 25gb extra web space as well. My refferal Link
Hopefully you're happy with our service. To avoid any complications and downtime moving, why not contact us to see if we're able to provide a discount for your renewal?
www.hosting-unlimited.net have been great since they got bought out by the server centre. Support are actually nice now and don't blame you for their errors anymore!
I've been with Site5 for a few weeks on their $5 deal (110GB disk space, crazy amount of bandwidth) which works out at about £30 p/a. Seems nice and fast with an excellent control panel.
