    air cooling
    volcano 9 = 3300 rpm

    idle core = ~322
    case = ~304

    load core = ~326
    case = ~308

    Thats in a room with sunlight pouring in the window ALL day, with no air flow of any kind, although i think hwdoctor is lying to me

    That's a lot of fans! Your case temps are higher than mine as well. I only use 3x80mm - one at the rear (stock Lian Li) and 2 at the front (coolermaster), and the front ones are running @ 7v. I only use a stock HSF too.

    The case sits in a hot closet surrounded by clothes and towels.

    [edit]Its in the closet mainly because of noise, If anyone has ever heard a fully reved up Tornado then you know what I'm talking about[/edit]

    So.. you put big, high cfm fans in a case to cool it... then realise it's noisy... so you put it in a HOT closet surrounded by clothes and towels.

    Something wrong with this picture, but I can't quite put my finger on it.. :hehe:

    idle 43*c, load 55. but i usually turn up my fans when im gaming or doing something intensive and it usually hangs around the 47-48 mark when gaming with the fans running silent ;)

    even when all the fans are on quiet my temps never go above 43C. i left prime95 running all night once and the CPU was at 43 and the PWNwas at 45 after about 9 hours.

    Air Cooled Lanboy, 40-42 idle, 46-50 load
    Case @ 30 min 35 max.

    Akasa 824cu CPU.

    Couple of nice old Antec Fans, much better than those dodgy 2500rpm ones you get. Think they're 4000rpm // 38cfm, about 35db each.

    My friend sold my all 6 fans for $100CAD, I couldnt turn the offer down. So I put them in my case, which had no fans at the time(also all my PC's sit in my closet, Im a light sleeper and they all keep me awake, also its a huge walk in closet).

    Air cooled Intel Celeron 700Mhz oc @ 723Mhz via AMD stock heatsink fan combo, and heatsink paste is AS5. :D

    Ambiant Temp: 70 Degrees F
    Processor Idle Temp: 74 Degrees F
    Under-load Temp: 81 Degrees F

    I get 90+ Hours per work unit on SETI with this setup; it's my main rig. :rock:

    new HSF has made a world of difference!!

    #Your Cooling method : air
    #Make and model of Cooling method: GlacialTech 2520pro
    #Idle and load temperatures for both CASE and CPU: case idle = about idle temp and under load im getting 25 degrees C.. 2dC above idle! CPU is about 39idle ~46 degrees under load.

    thats a rediculous difference! delta 84CFM being mounted on it soon, thats about double the air shifting power of the current mwahaha, etc. :naughty:
