Has anyone used the vga heatpipe cooler on there shuttle i was thinking of useing it on my shuttle.
sorry but the zalman heatsinks will not fit in a shuttle or other SFF cases. You would have to cut a hole in the side of the case to allow a bit of the heatspreader to come out.
have you tried this or have you just read about it i have a sn41g2 without a sound card
No, you have to cut a hole in the side of the case or leave the case off. With all ZM80s this is the case. The ZM50s will fit however, but are no way big enough to cool top end cards; let alone an oven.. uhh i mean shuttle.
looks like its time to use the plasma cutter at school
You can fit a ZM80 in but it involves quite a bit of work building custom mounts.
please dont, plasma cutters may be cool but a CNC beats them in terms of quality of cut and a waterjet beats a CNC. if your school has a CNC use that, or if it happens to have a waterjet, extremly unlikely, then use that.
i know a guy that owns a water jet place he cut parts for my robotics team
