After 10 minutes of googling I couldn't find out what "thcweam" was. Then it finally clicked. On topic: I don't see any reason to refund so soon. You have the item and payment. The only thing they could do it chargeback, but the messages should provide enough evidence. I'd have given them at least a week before doing anything.
It would have been best to wait patiently a whole week I could understand but not two days, did you let the buyer know why the payment has been refunded as well just in case they leave negative feedback without knowing why the payment has been refunded
Heck, I think you're technically supposed to wait patiently for 4 days until you bring a case for non-payment. My guess would be that after hearing the times that collection available were pretty open she was waiting until she knew when she could actually collect it before replying. I've done similar myself especially when busy. It could have been a no show, but 2 days was hardly strong evidence of that. I generally don't leave negative feedback, but I would not be happy with the situation as a buyer. ............... Yeah, that is a thing apparently (never been caught myself). I think a copy of I.D. is over the top (I don't think I'd be happy handing that over as a buyer), but I think at least getting a signature on a printed receipt of some sort is recommended. ..........
