Rather than sully bit-tech's fine forums with lame pictures of my (lack of) Mo I'll simply point people to my Movember page and request sympathy. If you look closely you might just see it: http://mobro.co/coolerking001 That's my Mo after 17 days, that's right SEVENTEEN frickin days . On the plus side, saves me a shed load of time and money on shaving.
damn, job interview tomorrow. I'll probably have to shave my exceedingly lame attempt at a stach. I ended up with close to 1cm, but 90% of it it blonde
had to shave aswell was looking sccruffy and did'nt feel like being given a lecture by my boss so i took the thickness off a little so its around 3mm now to be fair i look alot better for it shaved under the neck and clean up the sideburns so all is neat and tidy Still going strong on letting it grow out though
Well Gents, As it comes to the end of the month, anyone planning to give their trusty mo a good send off? Me and my lot are off down the local wednesday night, to give ours a good real ale soaking before the Thursday morning shave. Be all emotional to say ta ra to the lil bugga... lol On a side note, has anyone heard of the ideas going around for the ladies to get in on the fundrasising aswell? with Fannuaray and Furbruary ??
Thread from the dead... Anyone doing Movember this year or is it just me? Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
ahhh if i could only grow a beard/moustache, it seems that as far as my facial hair is concerned i'm still 15
Great glad to hear that people are doing it. I've not decided what I'm going to go for yet, but as I'm usually beardy I'm going to find it very strange to be clean shaven (except the top lip) for most of the month Meh, do it anyway. Part of the point is to raise awareness, if by trying it will cause people to talk about some of the issues then it is very worthwhile. That said I understand why you may not want to do it.
Yes it's instagramed to ****, but I'm clean shaven, triple pass as well so it's as smooth as possible..
The rules state that you must be clean shaven on 1st November. It is up to you how strict you want to be. Personally I think if you want to do it, do it right. If you don't want to completely shave then don't. At the end of the day it is about awareness, do what you are comfortable with. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
Did it last year as a team at work, didn't raise a penny. If people want to donate to charity then they can go ahead, but trying to 'force' them somehow is the wrong approach; so many charities competing for money these days & the majority are for the same cause/ general causes, little wonder people get fed up and don't donate anything to anyone...
I've just signed up, going to shave clean after RHPC and grow a handlebar this month. Considering leaving it and just growing it longer over the month to hide what the surgeons took out of my face. If I had a normal face, I would shave clean, but you don't want to see me clean.
Would if I could I only get a pathetic bit of facial hair didn't take after my dad at all who had a Burt reynolds type moustache.
