Well... I can't help myself there actually, being a media-designer having worked in an advertizing-agency before and all that. It just comes naturally I guess

Re: Concerns with the case chosen, propaganda, etc.

We chose the case at random, it seems to be a popular case at the moment for system builders and modders, so it made sense to choose it. Coolermaster has absolutely nothing to do with the contest!

Wow, the first design contest we had was based on an existing case and there wasn't anywhere near this many issues with the idea o.0

If you once got the freedom to do what you want, it's hard to loose this freedom :D

Case-design-costests are easier for most people, if they only need to match certain hardware-criteria and are totally free with the rest of the design, especially in a virtual contest, where there's no possibility to check back, if the design is actually possible to build on the given case. Deleting holes in the given model, the motherboard-tray for example would in reality mean, that you need to build a completely new motherboard-tray etc.

haf932_chaos.png should pretty much state how final this is.

Gawd this sucker is huge. It looks like you have more room for the 1Upsu on top of the other psu.

I don't know why, but purple seems fitting for this one :hehe:

Not too much done to the chassis actually and all doable without too much troubles.

Yay! Stuff's showing up. I have to agree, I almost did this one in purple.
-I call this one "hide your shame!" It doesn't change the case, just covers the face up.
-The top half tilts up and slides back with a motorized mechanism I conveniently refuse to draw.
-That face needed something. Have a chick-friendly logo.:D

Doing completely away with the typical front of the HAF-front isn't actually my aim for this one, as I'd choose simply another case in that case.

I do want to keep the design somewhat instead of totally hiding it.

Yeah it's absolutely stupidly enormously huge. I figured there has to be atleast two setups inside for the case to make any sense whatsoever. Third would easily fit, but again wouldn't make any sense. In my idea the other system would be your generic gaming workhorse and the other would be 24/7 NAS/home server and available for quick browsing when the 1st. is shut down.

I'll be sure to let him know :thumb:

This is a cool way to go. Will it come with it's own crane? :worried:

 Maybe a Samsonite setup, where it folds out into it's own forklift/dolly.

Had a spare hour or so and began roughing out an idea :)

Trying to make it as "buildable" as possible so no new panels and covering any unwanted holes with new plates etc :p

 Nice one! I like how you dumped it on it's face. It puts all the inputs under the chin too. - My favorite spot for them.
The only problem is that the 'cup holder' is ruined.
