    The rad shroud looks fantastic with the white mesh covers, real nice work there :thumb:.

    Bit more progress made, apologies for the image sizes and possible colour differences as i'm on my laptop now without Photoshop.

    Rad flushing, a job i hate doing but it is worth getting the rubbish out.

    [IMG]

    Always flush a 2nd hand rad, unless you want to inherit the previous colour ;

    [IMG]

    Just as important, clean a NEW radiator too ;

    [IMG]

    Boiling water with clear vinegar, and keep flushing til you get a clear result.

    Afterwards flush out with de-ionised water.

    Time to start fitting the blocks and stuff.

    Hardest part was removing the original heatsink from the mobo, had to use a heatgun to warm it up abit and plenty of elbow grease.

    Mounted the pump on the back of the mobo tray and braided all the fan extension cables.

    Dual res will feed the D5 pump and the main loop, the smaller rad at the front is for my OCZ Flex memory loop.

    Sprayed the DVD drive as the end of it was visible from the inside ( the 3 holes on the back are from a previous mod and will be covered ) ;

    [IMG]

    Mounted inside ;

    [IMG]

    Onto another test fit, this time with the motherboard installed ;

    Tubing is a little wayward for my taste but otherwise the build looks amazing!
    Great job :thumb:

    Cheers stonedsurd.

    Can you elaborate on the 'wayward ' tubing comment, always open to critique

    It's too 'loopy' and all over the place for my taste. I don't know if there's a way you could simplify it but there's too much hanging all over everything.

    I'm not sure exactly what could be changed, though.

    Looking very good but yeah the tubing looks wrong, you really need to use those 45degree fittings that you have on the CPU block for the Mosphet-SB, Mosphet-Mosphet and even the Mosphet over the mobo tray couldn't go astray. That is my only problem with the mod, the rest looks awesome :thumb:.

    The only way around the loops is to start using more 45 & 90 degree fittings.

    Did I mention that is my favorite color? :D

    I actually quite like the look of the loopy tubing. Reminds me a bit of this:

    Small update :)

    Added a couple of fittings to shorten the tubing loop a little.

    Here it is leak testing ;

    [IMG]

    As i had the PSU running, thought i test the fans and the controller.

    Wasn't dark, but you get the idea :

    [IMG]

    Have also decided to try something else with the tubing.

    Using the braid i have used for the wiring i'll cover black tubing with it, to give this finish :

    [IMG]

    ( The purple heatshrink ring has come out blue in the photo)

    Cheers again, and thanks for reading :thumb:

    I like the idea of using the braid to cover the tubing. can i make a suggestion? u channel over the holes in the plexi that your running the tubing thru... that way you dont a) ruin the braiding and b) dont cut your tubes... doesnt take much to get a leak
