That's what I thought. So why is gunsmith insisting EU players who ordered via Origin can play early?

To be honest, waiting until Friday might also give the servers time to sort themselves out as well. My plan is to waste my entire Saturday on this.

 

Shall we make a bittech region then for when the game comes out?

The game is just terrifically made. So user friendly. I look forward to playing this.

 

Good God, I can't play. Can't join my server and on new server I keep getting a claim city error. Anyone else have problems?

I was a lot yesterday. I had to switch servers to play, after I waited over 40 minutes to try and get into a US server!

 

Would love to get an invite - Seems the way to play it is with a few people rather than on your own

Sadly you cannot pre download anything, its split into a couple of parts the installer (300mb) then the game files so inall took maybe a hour to download (at terrible speeds!)

 

I'm assuming from a lack of replies from those with the game that this is pretty decent to play then? Despite all the ranting about the server issues (which were bound to happen).

So it is worth buying?

Most are still waiting for tomorrow's UK launch. In regards to the server issues, meh. Diablo III was the same, and was stable very shortly after. By next week I expect it to be smooth sailing.

 

So I got my product key.

Origin is seriously going to make me wait until release to download the game?
