I reckon we switch back to normal as the 2 week window is up. Regroup. Wait for mr party pooper to finish testing his machines and go again in a month or so. We'll set a dte will a couple of weeks notice to allow everyone time to switch over

OK. Next time perhaps we call it the "1M PPD CustomPC user challenge". Something to aim for. ;)

Totally agree Phoenicis/Clive, was a good challenge but maybe we should go back to normal for now and then make a battle plan. :naughty:
We should start a thread on what sort of PPD everyone is good for and some breif machine specs and formulate a plan to do this again in the near future with more PPD behind us :)

Im happy to start a PPD/machine spec thread, also might encourage some more people to join in if they see what sort of awesome kit we got folding for us :D

You caught me  Takes a while to change over so grabbed a window of opportunity to start dredging through the configs. Didn't take me nearly as long as when I used to have 40+ clients though:)

Yeah, I'm switching back and having a hardware related break.

Then we can have another go, aim for 1000000PPD. Perhaps give ourselves and others longer notice, and get it onto the other bittech boards.

I'm thinking of building a dual Xeon machine for the big adv, so that may be running by the time we try again.

What's this? A new challenge? If you give it a week or two I could join this, planning my corei7 build in topic "Folding Rig", Phoenicis suggests I'll be able to get around 30Kppd from it... but we'll see :naughty:

We still need to get more points to beat EVGA anyways so keep em folding under the team!

Tell us when the challenge is, and maybe team 11108 might race you to keep our folder at # 1!

Anyone noticed that EVGA have stepped up their game even more and BurnIn has dropped back to ~600,000 PPD again? :eyebrow: :worried:
