Because he's a man? And was proving his manly credentials? Either that, or he's pulling an all nighter.
As Mankz said, and that stuff is pretty pricey. I've got a interview tomorrow, so my night was full of cold sweating and general discomfort. And I think its made me feel like crap for the rest of the morning. I generally don't see the advantage over a pepsi, or a cup of tea. The only energy drink I've found that I can bear is that blueberry redbull. That works.
I find I'd take any form of coffee over 'energy' drinks these days.. Medium coffee and a cereal bar and I'm fine from waking up at 6:20 until lunch at 1..
Monster Energy - Original I know i shouldn't but i feel by the end of today i may be half asleep, this is given me the boost i needed
The doctor who does my stomach surgeries goes on and on about how terrible they are for people, and how they can affect the diaphragm and internal muscles for example... something I can't do.. He lets me drink coffee and coke, at a pinch... but Energy drinks are a moooohassive no-no for me.. Plus, I used to find the actual horrible taste work me up more than the caffeine hit.
Not at the moment, but lately I've been enjoying black tea with Bärenjäger. Tastes like winter spirit.
Picked up a few tinnies of Guinness, so I'm on that at the moment. The cans have gotten allot better, still not as good as a freshly pored pint however.
True enough, tastes way better. The quality has improved tremendously lately though. Treatment plant was having tidal waves of problems. Ive been trying to, suceding during the day, but seeing as I'm a natural night owl, what I do kind of cancels that out. Still, makes you feel massively better.
Yep, I definitely know that this is what it's like in the UK. I'm not sure where the US stands on tap vs bottled water.
depends on where you are in the US. We're just a clusterbomb of boneheaded brothers and sisters fighting each other, other countries or both. Usually both if you include "politics"-a bunch of 40+ year old virgins sluging it out verbally with words being used entirely out of context. Anyway right now I'm drinking a Bolthouse farms Berry Boost smoothie. Almost all berries are good. Other fruits are sparse in the good tasting variety. Plus It's a more stomach-friendly alternative to alcohol. Since I've got my depression at bay I can socially interact without it. Been Feeling like 'Mista Badarse all day Anyone know of good(and also good tasting) teas for minor anxiety/depression which one can easily find in good ol' southwest Cleveland?
some homebrew red wine. I'm in one of those rare situations where I miss-judged my beer supply and now have to wait for the 10 gallons lagering in the keezer to sort itself out In the mean time, i guess I'll just have to make more, to ensure this never happens again!
