Really need to get started up again on our homebrew ginger beer. We have 40L of the stuff just sitting in the fermentation buckets as it has been doing for the past month, problem is that it doesn't taste that great when all the sugars have been fermented.
Misses bought me a nice little Chateauneuf du Pape for valentines. Enjoying a nice glass or two whilst perusing the forums. Makes a change from the cider onslaught!
