not really my style, but nice work. i think the silver is a good choice too to offset all of the other neon colors you have going there. it will do go to bring the attention to the brighter colors inside. you did a nice job with the shaping. depending on how the silver turns out, maybe add a little metal flake for some more pop.

Thanks, yeah it should look pretty subtle with the silver paint job and tinted windows and "come to life" at night although I will probably only turn on all the fancy lights at LAN parties lol.

No your eyes aren't playing tricks on you, this is an update! :D

Since the last update I have been running my rig like this, some days I have to search through the piles of crap on my desk to find my power button! lol

I felt that 4, 4" UV cathodes weren't producing enough light so I bought a cluster of 6 UV LEDs which turned out to be better than all of my cathodes! not so good for tan lines though :hehe: (sorrry Kate)

HATE pin holes.. all gone now though!

Smoothing those enlarged windows ready for paint

The nose cones had annoying little screw holes which had to be filled :dremel:

This is only the first coat, two more to come before the clear coat. I LOVE the way the colour turned out :hip:

Next post you will see the case re-assembled!

    To do
    Finish paint job
    Perspex windows
Perspex front panel with cut outs for fan controller and slot loader
    cable management and lighting
    maybe watercooling..

Nice SFF mod. It use to be everyonce in a while you whould see a SFF case let alone a SFF mod but they're making a comeback. Hopefully they bring back SLI to the SFF market theres Crossfire but its not the same as 2 BFG GTX280's in a shoebox size case

Thanks for all of your comments, means a lot to me.. It looks like another very busy week coming up but I really want to get this paint job finished so I can finally put my case back together! lol There are a few "dots" which have shown up today after overnight drying so im going to give it the ol' wet'n'dry treatment :D which should hopefully fix that before the next coat of paint.
