The economy has forced me to re-evaluate things I produce for Mass Modder Consumption. Our billet parts sales have slumped, so I need to inject them with new life, or cheaper alternatives. I'm bringing back our 120mm Blowhole kits from exile. Now that we've got access to better milling equipment, we can make these cheaper, and larger! The new ones will have 7-1/4" O.D. (120mm fan size only) Aiming for $29.99 retail. Thats $30 less the original. Hopefully have first production run avail in another week. :thumb:

I spent some time as a machinist for the old Sioux Tools facility in Sioux City, Ia. We made air tools mostly. I can appreciate machine made parts. Most wonderful, Bill.

Stuffed a Number 1 Center drill through my left index finger running a turret lathe. Me and that drill went to the emergency room together. Not much hand work done any more. This is sweet.

    omg! Ouch!! @ John

Thanks for your support gang. If you're in the states, this offer would be equivalent to Subway's $5 for any footlong sandwich :D fyi: these will polish up nice just like the originals, with Mother's brand billet aluminum polish, we'll be offering anodized black version with black grill insert.

What do you do with all the offcuts, Bill?
I've never machined anything that big, but it looks pretty... wasteful?

Looks good. ANy plans for double/triple radgrill type kits?

    Thanks guys! :D

Everything is recycled, including the shavings :thumb:

Too costly at this time, I will however be launching a series of laser cut acrylic rad grills in next couple of weeks.

Looks great! Kind of reminds me of portholes on old ocean liners. Hmmm....... I sense a theme coming on. Maybe crafted in brass.......

Of course the boss lady will barely let me order the hardware to replace the 6 y.o. pc the kids use. So scratch build is off my plate for now. After my desk that is. ;)
