For me I don't think they are good enough to play these characters. The line up Empire has posted is (Think I got Face and Murdock the right way round): Col. John "Hannibal" Smith - Liam Neeson, Capt. H.M. "Howling Mad" Murdock - Bradley Cooper, Sgt. B.A. "Bad Attitude" Baracus - Quinton Jackson (50cent auditioned but dropped out), Lt. Templeton "Faceman" Peck - Sharlto Copley. Lian Neeson may be able to pull off Hannibal but Quinton Jackson (UFC's Rampage Jackson) as BA really doesn't do it for me. My (and my missus's) suggestion was Col. John "Hannibal" Smith - Someone of Anthony Hopkins style of acting Capt. H.M. "Howling Mad" Murdock - Jim Carrey (think Ace Ventura / Mask) Sgt. B.A. "Bad Attitude" Baracus - Not sure here, big actor like the Rock or Will Smith or go Tropic Thunder and have a white actor face-painted, Lt. Templeton "Faceman" Peck - Brad Pitt or Robert Downey Jr What are your thoughts on the cast and your suggested cast??

IMDB has Face and Murdoc the other way round. I think Neesom should be all right as Hannibal, and Cooper does remind me of Dirk Benedict anyway, so he should work. Never seen the other two that I can remember, so no clue what they'll be like, I'd just use Mr T again or perhaps Michael Clarke Duncan, and stick an unknown in as Murdock.
Rampage as BA is just fail. The other 3 are pretty good choices I think. I've always liked Neeson and Cooper. I'd say just use Mr T again. He really doesn't look that much older. And I'm sure he could act better than an MMA douche.
I think Rampage needs more bling bling. Wheres the extreme amounts of gold and that feather ear piercing.
I'm all for the cast, it was always going to be next to impossible to find a good replacement for BA, I'm just happy that Sharlto Copley is picking up work so quick.
Yeah, you cant replace BA ever, so a guy that looks a bit like him but acts maybe a bit better is possibly the best you can hope for The photo looks pretty good - they actually look like a pretty awesome ATeam. If I had a problem, and nobody else could help - I would definitely try and hire that ATeam!
No complaints tbh. Neeson and Cooper are great fits, cant say i've seen anything from Copley but from the picture he looks the part and who else better to play the big, angry bloke who beats people up than an MMA fighter.
My preferred line-up: Hannibal = Clooney (not sure Neeson can pull off the smoothness and maintain the accent) Face = Cooper (perfect choice) BA = ?(BA is like early Arnie, crap but TOTALLY AWESOME! And therefore any recasting is irrelevant to the original) Murdoch = Harrelson (think A Scanner Darkly. Carreys too obvious I think, maybe 7 or 8 years ago but I want to see him do serious more now... Copley will probably do a grand job, just would have loved to see Harrelsons version) That picture is absolutely awesome though, definitely looking forward to this one. Just so long as they keep it light...
