I'm not going to buy modern warfare 2. First was the cancellation of servers then there is no console command menu to tweak settings, no modding the ability to lean has been removed, there is no function to record matches, the largest matches will be limited to 9 v 9 players, IW.net will determine who should be the host player. this game has failed me infinity ward has failed me blizzard activision have failed me I will not play this game and i hope many of you don't

Not being a pompous idiot like some others in this thread (not to mention hypocritical - what drives someone to bleat on about how dare someone post something already in another thread when someone has already said precisely that escapes me - too much time/note enough life i reckon), I agree with the OP. Yeah I'm probably cutting my nose of to spite my face, but at the risk of sounding like a Daily Mail reader, it is the thin end of the wedge and all that.

I canceled my order and then re-ordered it because, although activision/IW have made fail after fail it's still going to be a good game.
We're not complaining that he's made a post about not buying MW2, more the fact he didn't post it in one of the several other threads on the subject that are still on the front page of the gaming section of the forum (the search function wasn't even needed here). People can go on about not buying MW2 all they want, I can see where they're coming from, but there's no point discussing the same topic in several active threads.
