Eugh. Do not want i can sense alot of negativity on the horizon about this computer on this site :p
Also i hate how alienware doesnt factory overclock anything but the i7 extreme(ly overpcied) editions afaik. I guess its just another way to add to the price!

Hmm.. its a dell in a fancy case. 2k?

A little bit over priced, would get a 27inch i7 iMac for that kind of money or build my own PC.

I kinda like the idea of the rising vents although they don't look particuarly good. The garish lights plastered all over it just make it look cheap.

Alienware systems used to look decent back in the Chieftech Dragon days but now they just look nasty and they're so overpriced.

Lose the led's, those are making it look awful... The vents are cool, the system is very nice though overpriced..

Looks like a modded Silverstone Raven RV02 to me, with a re-branded Corsair H50 CPU-cooler, they just put a Alienware-logo on and some carbon fibre sticker. All though I'm surprised they didn't mod the GPU-cooler and wrote Alienware Radeon.

Waaaaaay too much money! That one thing missing from this review is a count up of the retail value of the parts in the box.

Right, so let me get this right. You're going to build, stress test and provide free 24 hour support for me at the cost of the parts from your favourite online retailer if I buy the machine from you? :)

I really like the side panel internal LED feature, that's a freaking excellent idea - I hate "bling bling" cases but, aesthetically, I actually like this. It's got some funky touches to it. However, the novelty of that would wear pretty quickly and even though I forfeit a warranty of some kind by building a rig myself, I'd fine it a lot more enjoyable.

Still, this is a rig for those that don't (or can't) build their own.

Number one: it's a Dell and reaks of cheap silicone binning

Two: aren't you supposed to "Disconect ALL power and ground yourself before perfoming maintenance"
so I really don't see the logic in that light . You want to see whats inside? Get a plexiglass side panel.

Three: overpriced and not factory overclocked and under achieving in performance for the amount you just over paid.

Who on earth needs 24 hour support on a gaming computer anyway? I can see how on-site 24/7 warranty would add crazy value to any work/server build, but for some overpriced alienware gaming crap I just don't see why one would/should pay extra for that.

    Do not want.

Hmm, it's rather vulgar, not a bad selection of parts, but rather over priced.
