It's not possible that when you lost control, that you panicked a little, and the wheel wasn't actually stuck before the car hit anything? The wheel/suspension might be damaged now, so allthough it might be stuck right now, it doesn't mean that it locked up for no reason, causing the crash.

If something weird happened, like some sort of power steering or suspension failure, it can be very hard to proove that this was the result of a negligent repair, especially with such a damaged vehicle.

Another thing to keep in mind, is that your insurance policy will be voided, if they find out that the car was not in a roadworthy condition at the time of the accident. I'd be wanting to tell the insurance company that the car was running well and that I was travelling well below the speed limit, since it was icy and this will be in the accident report, unless I had a concrete case to sue the guy.

My life is going awesome right now. I can finaly see all my hardwork coming together so far I am down 65 pounds, Buying new clothes . my self confidence is at an all time high, i have been training to run a half marathon on april 25th and feel great!!

Following on from this... having an Epic time in Manchester. Finding out my best mate is a newly discovered social god (I've never met so many new people in my life). Actually telling a girl I liked her in plain language for once, instead of hinting (wanted to be able to do that for years!). Finally getting near a point of being outgoing enough to be happy with myself. Fitness next!

 

Currently building my new rig... It was my birthday this week... I'm healthy... The list goes on.

 

had a really good weekend with my friends and with my band, Then got so see someone i care about for a few days

 

While my wife sent her new man's Valentine on Facebook to me, she also sent it to everyone else in her friends list. I LOLed.

I just fitted my EK fullboard waterblock to my Gigabyte X58A UD7 motherboard and it went pretty well. nothign went wrong, that i know of.
