A proper hot dog with a proper lincolnshire sausage and proper fried onions, none of those boiled sausages and sweaty onions for me!

A big mac or a kebab would do me good.

Or if I'm in Chester, a chicken fillet burger from chic-o-land

Got to be a lamb madras or balti & saffron lemon rice, with keema naan bread, popodums & mixed pickles. That's the perfect meal to finish a boozy night.

I really only do takeaway when having massive hangover and for that there's a cure on the nearby grill - Helalautanen. It includes all the salty, greasy things I want in the morning, chips&sausages, fried egg, fried onion rings and also some salad, hamburger steak and even some meatballs. So far I've never been able to eat the whole thing.

When I eat w/o hangover I want something lighter, I can't really eat kebab anymore as I've eaten too much of it, and get kinda disgusted by crazy greasy meat pizzas, so I prefer pizzas with more veggies.

Whatever I feel like at the time from Subway.

There used to be a little hotdog shack downtown that was the absolute best hotdogs I'd ever had. Six different dogs/sausages to choose from (which you can have boiled or grilled), followed by a selection of five different buns/rolls and a whopping fourty toppings! My favorite was a very rich sausage with a hard bun, jalapenos, diced onions, sauerkraut, horseradish sauce, and relish. Simply god-like. Sadly they had to close down due to having quite an aweful location.

    wth?

I just realized that ALL the brits love Indian food when they're drunk! :hehe:

How do you all deal with the, erm, bowel movements the next day? Spicy/oily food + lots of booze is an evil, evil combination. :worried:

The bowels work fine next day, in fact they normally work overtime after a decent booze/curry combo:D It gives you a good clean out.

I don't drink anymore, but when I used to go out with my mates boozing, we often finished the night in a curry house if we weren't clubbing. If I got legless drunk then I wouldn't have been able to eat a curry, but after a few beers to whet the appetite, it goes down a treat!

I believe "downburst poop" is the official term.

And hot dogs.. Hmh after trying the special over at Harry's Cafe De Wheels I promised myself not to eat a filled hot dog ever again :D Granted eating a huge hamburger without making a massive mess remains a mystery as well, but even trying to eat the damn hotdog without it ending up all over me just seemed impossible.

You really should have done a poll for this thread. I enjoy all takeaway food but Indian food has no peer. God bless the British Empire.

I like bacon dogs on concert nights. 4-5 beers and a bacon dog is great.

Indian food with booze (anything from a couple of beers to a bottle of Jack) is pure win, of course. But in LA it's always pricey as hell, so I stick to the $3-$5 burgers/hot dogs.

Deep fired haggis and chips, with salt and sauce. The sauce is a Scottish east coast thing as far as I'm aware and I became accustomed to it when I moved up here for uni, it's a mix of vinegar, brown sauce and water I believe.

I still stay away from the other Scottish delights of deep fried mars bars and deep fired pizza, but the haggis is gooooooooooooood.

    WTF. WTF. WTF.

What is wrong with the world? I'm close to gagging. It hasn't been this bad since the trypophobia rubbish on the demots thread.
