no, you have to sumbit WUs as 'CustomBitChimps' [rather than 'Haphestus' in your case] for it to count for the Chimps Challenge

Some started a thread under Custom bit chimps and he said that it was wrong?

Yes i am planning to be on the team next year and im also hoping by the end of the year when I get some better money under my belt, that I will be able to invest in some serious folding hardware and shake up the top 20

Just noticed I am in the top 1000

 

For the first time EVER, I have snuck into the bottom of the top 20 producers chart! That was achieved with only half of my dedicated folding rigs running in their new configuration, so hopefully when I fire the rest of them up I will advance a little further and stay there for a while! It's looking like the reshuffle was the right thing to do

 

for the first time ever... and for probably the last time [in a while] too... i've managed to do over 10k points in a day, due to some lucky work units [a load of 7500s]...

... now why couldn't i have gotten that during the CC

 

Hey, Redflames, do you only fold for short periods? With your processor and speed (same as mine) you can run a bigadv, takes just over 2 days and you get 60-80K. Or running standard units should be able to net you 15-18k a day only running the CPU on the SMP client.

 

My PC isn't on 24/7 so while my pc is capable of bigadv, i'm not going to complete them in time, depending on the WU and how long my pc is on for, i can usually get 2-3 smp units a day done, but if i get one just before i turn my pc off that dents the points received a bit.

 

I now have ten million points. I will have to take it easy now for financial reasons.
