Update: First cut in the TJ Hi my modding friends. Did my first cutout in the TJ For the cpu power, needed to make the hole bigger for the connector Now it fits trough Also did some nice things for the midplate. Second cutout in the TJ There goes the midplate second part for the midplate is the aluminium cover Made some slots for all the cables Third part is the yellow acryl, also made some slots in it. There's gonna be more, but for now only where the cables goes through And the last layer......... the black acryl Still need to do little adjustments to the acryl, but looking good allready Put some cables through. Today my next GTX480 was coming in, so placed it. For now without the WC block EK has given my the third block with some other beautifull stuff, so this one is still coming So made the last gpu slot I know, a lot of black and yellow............hope you like it ; Hopefully my EK products and the MNPC Carbon is coming in this week, to let you show some more great stuff.

Yeah, it's really nice wiring. Do you cut the wires to length yourself, or do you try bend the pre-installed wires in the right direction? I mean, the inner wire in a bend would be shorter than the outer one, so how do you bend them nice like that? And, do they STICK in that shape, or do you have to "re-bend" them from time to time?
Thanks, I didnt cut the wires, I actually extended the wires. The good or bad thing with sleeving is that it becomes very rigid So when bended and let it rest against the side of the slot in this case, it's gives a nice curve pic above you can see the cables are resting against the front edge of the slot. The angle is also a thing to remember The cables that are in the inner circle are a bit longer now , but I'm always trying to create space to put this in
Yeah, I think more or less all modders are going through the same problems regarding sleeving and cable management. I was just thinking that you might had stumbled upon a better solution, but I guess that's still to be invented? Hm... maybe heating up the cables while bent would make them keep the custom shape better without support from edges, slots, other cables, p-clips and such?
When I helped a friend build a home server, What I did was used 1/16" steel rod, and put 1/8" heat shrink around it, and then put that inside the sleeving with the wires we wanted to curve and then bent the wires/rods. I did that with just the last 6" or so, to get a nice curve to go around to the back of the drive bays. I found it easiest to find the curve you want, and then tape or heatshrink the wires onto the bent rod before sleeving. Also obviously make sure you catch the rod in the heatshrink on the end of the sleeving. We didn't do it with the motherboard power though... I'm not sure how it would work on a per-wire basis, since I only did it with clumped SATA power cables...
I have to say that you overall build and especially the cabling is looking a little rough around the edges!!! Seriously the cabling is stunning, I recently did a build and spent along time getting the cabling looking neat, but yours really is another level + 10. Really looking forward to seeing the rest of the build. Keep the updates coming. Neil

Looks nice - however, I think it looks a tad odd with the double 45-degrees Bitspower fittings coming from each pump. A 90-degrees fitting on each pump outlet would look better and be more in line with the philosophy of having straight angles for the watercooling tubes.
