It looks really nice, shame watercooling it really. But I guess you have it all figured out, and I have faith in your ability to make this an awesome build. Which it already is.
Thanks a lot guys! Please don't be jealous, it's also brings a lot of worries Promise to make some more pictures this weekend!
Some unpacking pictures from the monstrous Asus MARS II. Yes... monstrous! Small compare how high it is. And how it would look air cooled. Huh... 24pin in a gpu? 2 x 24 pins 'Few' cm longer then a Gene-Z. Let's open it up. And clean it. Hmm... Going to be a 'pita' to watercool it with these blocks. One way would be to make new hold-down-plates. While I was posting these pictures on Facebook I already got an offer from Daniel | Mr3D to design an EKWB look-a-like fullcover block!!! Right after I posted Daniel wanted to do that, someone else offered to CNC mill it for me... Thanks a very lot both of you!!! More news soon Oh it's number 514 out of 999. Thought it would be funny to re-buy my first used Asus card for this occasion. Asus TNT 2 meets MARS 2 I want to thank Rogier and Milan from Asus Benelux and Asus HQ for sponsoring 'L4N' and all the help they offered!!
Quality so far mate. A wonderful subscription email for a Sunday night. I'll be awaiting the next update eagerly!
The card is insane, but not as insane as you are opening it up and playing around with it! :-D I really love the design of that card. Asus did great with it. Looking forward to what Daniel and the other guy will come up with!
