Excellent RAM. Not as tight timings as the Ripjaws or Doms, but for what you get, very, very cheap, and nice and low profile too.

Just drove to Radstock (Just over 1hr drive from my house), to pick up a Dell 3008wfp A03 in mint condition for £450 notes. RESULTS!

    Nice, that's a bargain mate.

@yassarikhan786 I have 2x4gb kit of the same memory, its great, had no problems at all. Using that in 2 systems atm, shouldn't have any clearance issues with cpu coolers.

Filco Majestouch 2 Tenkeyless, with Cherry MX blues, and Filco red Esc and violet WASD.

Also on order; two sets of doubleshot keycaps; one in a similar white-on-black, and one in a classic typewriter style in white-on-dark-grey for a future gaming 'board with Cherry reds.

I couldn't go the route of AMD and the HD7970, so I bought a couple of these to keep me going.

    Why u no 7970!?

Because gaming @ 2560x1600, I know SLI works, and it works very well. I don't want to sit around with 2 HD7970's knowing AMD are not interested in fixing the CF problems, because there excuse is, 'Only 1% of house holds use CF' (All I can say is, and from personal experience 'Once bitten, twice shy).

Anyhow these are as fast as a HD7970, and with the extra PCIe adaptors, I see some great OC coming. (Over 1Ghz core should be easy).:)

Yes, I did, and I have gone for the 3GB version with a new PCB design for extreme OCing.:p

Anyhow, my original sell of my GTX 580 1.5GB were to upgrade to the HD7970's, but after spotting problems, I choose to buy some 3GB GTX 580's to tie me over till April.:)

With that number of connectors; Does that Silverstone Strider actually have enough cables to run both of those?
