Was this a Marvel Comic adaptation? If so, I can't wait for the movie:

Bodger and Badger shows us that not everything was great back then.

I was watching Bullseye on the Challenge channel not long ago, and the questions asked where actually challenging, unlike gameshows today, where everything is easy multiple choice. That Bad Influence clip I posted earlier had competition questions that would make £1m questions on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire nowadays. Only Connect on BBC4 is the only quiz show on TV now that requires a brain.

    Look and read

I think it's time you guys took a trip in to what I have to put up with all the time. I'm thinking of that show on page 2 of this thread that taught evolution. Every kid's show now is horribly politically correct, and is basically bombed by nothing but the magic of friendship. Then there's the teen shows, reality shows, My Super Sweet 16, 16 And Pregnant ect. Simply enough, spoiled children wasting daddy's money and showing off their masses of material goods. And of course, getting paid to go on TV and show off about getting knocked up and pregnant. And then there's the music...

And that's why I have so much respect for you lot, although I couldn't live without my computers, the 80's is something I'd be desperate to live in any day. At the risk of sounding very depressing, it's more than likely that I'll never have the fun you guys did. Everything is locked down to over the top health and safety laws. And nothing can be said because people don't know how to rise above and ignore what I said, instead, a court case is started if I call someone black. School teaches **** nothing, and whatever is done there is to the last drop of being political.

    You guys were lucky...

Being born in 1986 and having a younger brother, most of my favourite cartoons were from the early 90s, Transformers etc being the exception.

I used to watch Knightmare, The Crystal Maze and Games Master religiously

@kid: That we were... There isn't a day that goes past that I don't take time out and just reminisce about my childhood. These show just encapsulate what the 80s were about. The really upsetting thing about this is that time will never come again. Kids now, even my own children, will not know what they missed out on which is sad. The world is different now and for me is think its for the worse not better

It's not just the cartoons I remember from my childhood, stuff like this existed to scare kids straight.

I reallllllllllly want them to remake MASK.

Also, my cousin used to deliver newspapers to Pat Sharpe when he was in his Fun House days. I wonder what happened to those twins...

Can't remember if these were all 80's (there's probably some 90's mixed in here too) but I remember watching these growing up:

    Duckula (Cosgrove Hall)

    The (Original) Ghostbusters (Filmation)

    The Real Ghostbusters

    Batman TAS

    Digimon

    Darkwing Duck

Then thee was also Mortal Kombat, Scooby Doo,

    Talespin

    Beetlejuice

    Samurai Pizza Cats

    Galaxy Rangers

    Inhumanoids

    Robotix
