I see what you did there. Another thing i'd like to mention is BMCs, why on earth is there no set standard. Atleast most of them have a similar one, but naming no names, yeah you DELL why on earth is your FRU print 30 lines long and everything named diferently.
Thanks for the info TuNdRa. noizdaemon brings up a good point. In a way, Penryn's post has better grammar than the proposed correction. Which brings me onto a new addition to my list: People who lambaste others for doing something wrong, only to make a similar mistake themselves. Have humility people, we all make mistakes. And as a wise friend once said, 'A man who hasn't made a mistake has never done an honest day's work'.
I've got an addition to this thread: People who don't read marketplace-related PM's. I've just sold an alternator and the relevant bracketry to attach it to an engine on another forum. I couldn't find 2 of the original bolts so I included some near-identical ones (save for a strange captive washer-style shaped head, same thread) of slightly different lengths (+/- 5mm to the originals). I sent the buyer a PM explaining this, how I'd bolted everything back up to the engine, and a labelled, colour-coded diagram in with the PM showing him exactly where to put which bolts. There are idiots everywhere Krikit; you've just found another one! One massive pet peeve of mine is guys (I assume only guys do it) who use public toilets in a manner other than desired. Simple things like being able to pee into a toilet bowl/urinal without hitting the wall and floor, flushing the toilet when you're done and even washing your hands are all things that I've been able to do since I was a kid. I've witnessed evidence that some grown men are not capable of it. I mean, how lazy and unsanitary do you have to be when you refuse to flush a toilet that has a "wave on" contact-less flush system? UNBELIEVABLE.
One thing that has only just started annoing me after 1 year and a bit. The music in the shop where I work. It has changed since I started working here. It's all run from a laptop, rather than a fancy radio setup. I've heard the same 3.5 hours of music nearly three times a day, 5 days a week for just over a year. There are only so many times I can listen to Adele before I scream ARGH and rage kill everybody in Castleford.
Agree. I hope they don't do the same thing when they are at home. I was on a school trip when I was younger. I went to the toilet before the bus trip home. In the stall I entered first someone had managed to poo on the floor. I mean, how the hell does one manage that?
