Windows Grand Theft Auto V

So I have just found out that you get extra goodies when you pre-order GTA 5 (PS3 & XFlop).

This being said does that mean "IF" it comes out for PC we are to not see / get these or is it likely that when its out for the PC will will get the same Pre-Order abilities.

Rather old marketing tool in the internet by now. Add to that limited editions, extra items that can only be purchased out of the game, etc.

 

I didn't think I could wait 6 months and now for the pc version it looks like a year thats if they do what they did with gta 4 release oiit on console in spring and pc in autumn, they should release pc first but console is where they make the money

The problem is find is spoilers, since gta is quite a big game someone will spoil the story or something about it till i get it on pc so I'll have toogo console like gta 4 but the problem is then; for example when I played gta 4 on ps3 i finished everything on the ps3 so by the time the pc version came out I was bored, so I thought I'll play gta 5 on pc first but now I realise I have to not only wait longer but have too avoid spoilers which will be pretty tough with gta i think

Yeah, in a Q&A with NowGamer they said they weren't even thinking about a PC release yet. Yes, there will be one, but I think with this one people will be waiting a long long time.

 

I'm going to be forced to get it on PS3...

Los Santos is bigger than RDR, GTA IV and GTA SA combined and with even more space to spare.

EDIT: for those who TL;DR the article my second favorite bit was them saying that the cars will handle less like boats in GTA V

Epic, thanks for the link. Saved it to my HD before it gets removed from the internet.

 

How much of that is going to be pointless empty space between points of interest is the question. I thought battlefield taught us to not get hyped about map sizes.

Edit: Nvm my negativity, just had a proper read of some of that article and it's making me excited haha. I want to save the experience for playing with mates on pc but i know i'm going to be tempted to pick this up early on the xbox.

 

I actually quite enjoyed the spaces inbetween! Look at games like San Andreas; all the space on the map was ultilized, any areas not used in the games I roved over to high heaven in SA:MP, which for me was one of the most rewarding experiences!

 

Great. Now I'm going to have to buy an Xbox again!
