It will use real guns and names, but won't be paying licensing for them. This may explain the presence of Czech and Swedish weapons, even EA doesn't have the lawyers to stand up to Colt, H&K or SigArms legal juggernauts.
Alternatively they could just have the models and call bluff, like they already did with vehicles and BF3.

Wow nice. I really appreciate the bar graphs that illustrate the gains and losses of each attachment. Makes it much clearer what you get out of certain attachments and what not.

I'm gonna roll Engi with RPG + Stinger right out of the gate. Mess up some vehicles!

In the Angry Sea video clip there was a button prompt for the battlelog in the upper-right corner of the screen. Does that mean BL will be integrated into the client instead of being browser based? (I hope so)

I'm really pleased to see the intorduction of the angled grip. The vertical grip was good for those who liked to run and gun, shooting from the hip. The angled grip will now give a greater reduction in recoil for those who like to take aim (me being one of them)

There's a typo error on the XM25 grenades.

Loving the look of the new customisations though. Different grenades is a must.

I'm getting two Titans next week. Partnering with AMD won't make a difference to me personally, as I know Frostbite is better on nVidia cards (based on BF3's performance). I think it's more of a console branding thing than something that affects the PC ecosystem.

    Two titans.......F me.

I can't wait for Tech Specs to come out and then I can decide what I need to upgrade. 670 should be adequate enough.

Will be fine for 1080p mate! Anything that can run BF3 should be able to handle BF4.

This is the first Battlefield game that has 'looked' like the previous one...all the BF games have been drastically different from before.

Also, I'm really not looking for them to revolutionize the BF gameplay, just improve on it.

They look like they are making some smart changes to the attachment and class loadout systems as well as the vehicles, suppression, map design, etc. It may look a lot like BF3 but underneath the familiar paint job I think we'll have a lot to dig into, making it easily worth the price of admission IMO.

I hope a gtx 660 superclocked will be OK for this at 1920x1080.

There's rumors that BF4 alpha won't be supported on 32bit OSes and Windows 8. I wonder why the Windows 8 restriction... Isn't the OS pretty much a Windows 7 back end with a mobile front?

Will be fine at 1080p mate. Pretty much the same engine as BF3.
